Congratulations! If you have just given birth, whether it is baby number 1, number 2, number 3 (or more!), it is a very special time.
It is also a time to look after yourself, to make sure you are in the best possible health to look after your little one.
FITNESS FOR MUMMIES® offer a variety of classes and 1-1 Personal Training sessions in South East London:
Indoor and Outdoor POSTNATAL CLASSES are designed specifically for mums, to help you to regain your shape, strength and fitness, and with a big focus on posture and working those all-important abdominal and back muscles. Classes are perfect for new mums who wish to exercise and socialise with their babies.
Before commencing a post natal fitness class please always check with your GP / Midwife. It is recommended that after a natural vaginal birth you wait until after your 6 week post natal check by your GP / Midwife. If you had a caesarean it is recommended that you wait 8 - 10 weeks after birth.
We also hold regular classes INSANITY and BOOTCAMP classes for when you progress from the postnatal stage and are looking for something a little more challenging - in fact, you do not even have to be a mum to attend these classes!
Whichever stage of motherhood you have reached we have a workout for you!
