Please do get in touch before your first session to check availability
Fitness Classes can be paid for in Blocks of 10 sessions (Valid for 4 months) or on a PAYG basis
Class payment can be made online via our Shop page

Ladies, before your first session please arrive a few minutes early to complete a health form and to have a chat before we start.
When attending an exercise session please wear loose comfortable clothes, trainers and a good supportive bra.
Postnatal Ladies: it is best to feed your baby before the session starts. However if you need to stop to feed or comfort your little one, that is absolutely fine.
Please bring water and a mat / picnic blanket for floor work. If you need any more information or would like to have a chat about any of the sessions please do get in touch.

POSTNATAL OUTDOOR WORKOUT: exercise class for Mums and BabiesFitness for Mummies offer classes specifically designed for post natal mums who wish to exercise and socialise with their babies. Please make sure your GP / Midwife has completed your 6 week Check before commencing a class.
This Class is held outdoors in the park, all year round through all weathers. Babies come to, so no need for childcare. Please bring a mat or picnic rug and your little one in their buggy. Please dress appropriately for weather!
This class consists of power walking with the buggies, fun team games, relays and circuit style exercises using exercise bands as resistance to work the whole body. The class ends with Core condition work consisting of abdominal, back and pelvic floor exercises.

The class consists of a low impact aerobic warm up, followed by upper and lower body conditioning exercises, often using resistance bands and balls. It also includes Pilates Matwork exercises to promote good posture and strengthen your core stability (the abdominal and back area). The class ends with a relaxing stretch. Babies come too, so no need for childcare. Your little ones can stay in buggies/car seats or play on our playmat.

Are you INSANE enough to join us?!
INSANITY is the American crazy Beachbody workout based on Max Interval Training. It is a high energy workout that combines the fundamentals of interval training with a focus on building strength, endurance, and balance while melting away the fat through body weight exercises. It WILL make you sweat!
(Postnatal ladies need to be at least 6 months Postnatal with good abdominal and pelvic floor resonation before attending INSANITY classes)
Please bring a mat and lots of water!

If you want to lose weight, increase your Cardio Fitness and tone up, then this is the class for you! It is a Circuit style exercise session with team games and exercises for the whole body.
All levels welcome, walkers and runners! Please bring water and a mat / picnic blanket.
